Why we are building this
Cultural fit is often measured with color profiles and short questionnaires. The result becomes a label too quickly: someone fits or does not.
Culture is more complex. It is a story an organization tells about itself: how decisions are made, what is celebrated and what remains unsaid. Cultural Fit places that story next to the narrative of a candidate or employee. The outcome is not a score, but a sharper conversation.
