The journey

After purchasing a team or organization package, the administrator assembles the team themselves. With a team package you create one team story; with an organization package you can create multiple team stories.
Each participant answers fifteen open narrative questions. They describe situations, images, examples, and experiences in relation to the team or the organization; NarraTyx asks follow-up questions where needed.
NarraTyx brings all the gathered stories together into one team story. It provides insight into shared patterns, shared values, possible areas of tension, and underrepresented voices.
Guided by a trainer, team members discuss their We-Story as a basis for collaboration, direction, and next steps.
